Generally the residents have common meals as in Eucharist and that combines and deepens the ties between them. When people sit together and share a meal, they meet each other, talk together and get to know each other better, this feeling is stronger during religious festivals. Residents appreciate the meals and during those they laugh, joke and simply enjoying themselves.

The retirement home was founded in March 1995 and the director is Sister Agata Komisarczyk.

  • Kotlet  Schabowy - Pork cutlet <br />
Serves 50<br />
<br />
Ingredients:	5 Kg pork<br />
		16 eggs<br />
		200gr flour<br />
		500gr dried bread rolls <br />
		600gr vegetable oil<br />
		15gr salt <br />
		10gr black pepper <br />
		20gr Vegeta (Vegetable extract) <br />

Preparation :<br />
	1.	Clean the meat and cut it in thin slices <br />
	2.	Tenderise the meat <br />
	3.	In a bowl mix the eggs with the flour<br />
	4.	Spread the meat and sprinkle with salt, pepper and Vegeta<br />
	5.	Put oil in a pan and warm it until very hot<br />
	6.	Batter the meat and fry for about 15min <br />

Mashed potatoes <br />
Serves 50<br />

Ingredients:	15 Kg potatoes<br />
		250gr butter <br />
		30gr salt<br />
		1 large bunch of dill <br />
<br />
Preparation :<br />
	1.	Peel the potatoes<br />
	2.	Put the potatoes in a large saucepan<br />
	3.	Add water and salt<br />
	4.	Bring to boil <br />
	5.	Boil until soft and then drain<br />
	6.	Mash the potatoes adding a cube of butter<br />
	7.	Sprinkle finely chopped dill and serve <br />

Green Salad<br />
Serves 50<br />
<br />
Ingredients:	10 lettuces <br />
		125ml olive oil<br />
		5gr salt<br />
		juice of one lemon<br />
		sugar <br />
<br />
Preparation :<br />
	1.	Wash the lettuce and separate the leafs<br />
	2.	Put the lettuce into a big bowl <br />
	3.	Prepare the sauce and add sugar on taste <br />
	4.	Add the sauce on the salad before serving  <br />

Boiled carrots <br />
Serves 50<br />

Ingredients:	5 Kg carrots<br />
		5gr salt<br />
		 <br />
<br />
Preparation :<br />
	1.	Peel the carrots and put them in hot boiling water <br />
	2.	Boil until soft  <br />
	3.	When ready cut in cubes <br />
	4.	Add butter and 3 spoons of flour<br />
	5.	Mix and bring to boil<br />
	6.	Leave it to cool before serving<br />

Green Beans<br />
Serves 50<br />

Ingredients:	2 Kg green beans<br />
		5gr salt<br />

<br />
Preparation :<br />
	1.	In a large pot boil water <br />
	2.	Add the frozen beans<br />
	3.	Boil until soft<br />
	4.	Strain and serve
