Beef with mushrooms
Serves 3
Ingredients: 500gr beef stew meat
3 cloves garlic
1 glass of water
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
300gr mushrooms
Preparation:
Chop the garlic into fine pieces
Chop the meat into small cubes
In a saucepan mix them all together and simmer for 1hr
Cut the mushrooms in halves
In a separate pan heat 1 tablespoon of oil and then add the mushrooms. Cook until tender.
