Kotlet Schabowy - Pork cutlet
Serves 50
Ingredients: 5 Kg pork
16 eggs
200gr flour
500gr dried bread rolls
600gr vegetable oil
15gr salt
10gr black pepper
20gr Vegeta (Vegetable extract)
Preparation :
1. Clean the meat and cut it in thin slices
2. Tenderise the meat
3. In a bowl mix the eggs with the flour
4. Spread the meat and sprinkle with salt, pepper and Vegeta
5. Put oil in a pan and warm it until very hot
6. Batter the meat and fry for about 15min
Mashed potatoes
Serves 50
Ingredients: 15 Kg potatoes
250gr butter
30gr salt
1 large bunch of dill
Preparation :
1. Peel the potatoes
2. Put the potatoes in a large saucepan
3. Add water and salt
4. Bring to boil
5. Boil until soft and then drain
6. Mash the potatoes adding a cube of butter
7. Sprinkle finely chopped dill and serve
Green Salad
Serves 50
Ingredients: 10 lettuces
125ml olive oil
5gr salt
juice of one lemon
sugar
Preparation :
1. Wash the lettuce and separate the leafs
2. Put the lettuce into a big bowl
3. Prepare the sauce and add sugar on taste
4. Add the sauce on the salad before serving
Boiled carrots
Serves 50
Ingredients: 5 Kg carrots
5gr salt
Preparation :
1. Peel the carrots and put them in hot boiling water
2. Boil until soft
3. When ready cut in cubes
4. Add butter and 3 spoons of flour
5. Mix and bring to boil
6. Leave it to cool before serving
Green Beans
Serves 50
Ingredients: 2 Kg green beans
5gr salt
Preparation :
1. In a large pot boil water
2. Add the frozen beans
3. Boil until soft
4. Strain and serve
