Vegetables with buckwheat
Serves 1 for 2 days
Ingredients: ½ bag frozen Chinese vegetables
½ bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 garlic clove
¼ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon Vegeta
1 tablespoon spicy olive oil with chili
1 tablespoon butter
1 sac parboiled buckwheat
Preparation :
1. Put the olive oil in a pan and fry the vegetables in medium fire for 15mins
2. In a saucepan boil the buckwheat for 20mins
3. Add the buckwheat on the pan with the vegetables
4. Add the garlic and the herbs fry for little and serve
