Mielone Klops - Polish fried hamburgers
Serves 3
Ingredients: 700gr minced pork potatoes
1 loaf dry bread
1 egg
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 clove of garlic
vegetable oil
Preparation :
1. Soak ¾ of the bread in water until soft
2. Grind the rest of the bread to make bread crumbles
3. Mix the soaked bread with the meat and the other ingredients
4. Make the burgers and coat them with bread crumbles
5. In a pan add enough vegetable oil to cover the burger and fry the burgers until ready
6. Turn occasionally
