Pork rib soup with vegetables and pasta
Serves 4-5
Ingredients: 500gr pork ribs
1 carrot
1 parsley root
1 leek
½ tablespoon of vegeta
150gr concentrated tomato
1 tablespoon smetana
300gr pasta
¼ teaspoon salt
Preparation :
1. Cut the ribs and the vegetables in large pieces
2. Put the ribs in a large saucepan with 2litres of water and bring to boil
3. Add the vegetables and simmer for 20mins
4. Add the vegeta and simmer for 45 more minutes
5. At the end ass the tomato paste and the smetana
6. In a separate pot boil the pasta for 10-15 mins
7. Put the pasta on the plate and add the soup
