Leek soup with croutons - Zupa porowa
Serves 4
Ingredients: 1 leek
2 Knorr beef bullions
2 tablespoons buckwheat
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ loaf of bread
2 tablespoons of butter
Preparation for the soup :
1. Cut the leek in to small pieces and place it in a saucepan
2. Add 1 litre of water and the knorr beef bullions and bring it to boil
3. Mix it with a mixer add the pepper and the buckwheat
4. Simmer for 5 mins

Preparation for the croutons:
1. Cut the bread into small pieces
2. Add butter in a saucepan in high heat
3. When butter melts add the bread and fry
