Schabowy kotlet – Pork cutlets
Serves 1
Ingredients: 100gr of pork in two slices
3 cups of cornflakes
1 egg
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
1 banana
1 orange
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon soya sauce
1 tin – 500gr pineapple
1 tablespoon walnut preserve
3 tablespoons of extra virgin oil
Preparation :
1. Crumble the cornflakes
2. Mix the egg with the pineapple juice from the tin
3. Put the meat in the egg
4. Spread ½ teaspoon of honey on each slice of pork
5. Bread the meat with the cornflakes and add 3-4 drops of soya sauce
6. Cut the pineapple, the orange and the banana in small pieces and mix them with the walnut sauce
7. Heat the oil in a fry pan and fry the cutlets for 7mins
8. When the cutlets are done reduce the heat, add the fruit and simmer for 2-3mins
Rice
Serves 1
Ingredients: 1 sac of parboiled rice
Preparation :
1. Put the sac in saucepan with plenty of boiling water
2. Boil for 18mins
