Boiled carrots
Serves 3
Ingredients: 3 carrots
1 tablespoons sugar
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
1 full tablespoon flour
1 full tablespoon butter
Preparation :
1. Cut the carrots in small cubes
2. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and a tablespoon of sugar
3. Put them in a saucepan, cover with water and boil in medium heat for 30mins
4. Put the carrots in a bowl
5. In a pan fry the butter with the flour and add it to the carrots
