Pork ribs with sauerkraut - Zeberka wieprzowe z kiszona kapusta
Serves 4
Ingredients: 1 kg Pork ribs
1 kg sauerkraut
6 tablespoons honey
3 big apples
4 tablespoons raisins
Ready mix spices for pork
1 glass of water
Preparation:
1. Cut the pork ribs in big pieces mix with spices and marinade for 24 hrs
2. Place the ribs in a saucepan add the other ingredients and simmer for 1½ hour
